 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States.

• Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS): 3–7 business days
• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location

Free Shipping: on orders over $30

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update. 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Ash and Flame Candle LLC is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers
• Packages marked delivered but not received
• Lost/stolen items

However, if your item is damaged in transit, please email us at info@ashandflamellc.com with photos within 3 days of delivery and we’ll gladly assist you.
